The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to refund terms. Free-tier usage is supported by advertisements via Google AdSense.

  2. Include your Razorpay payment/transaction ID if available
  3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

All payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Solutions. Refunds are initiated through Razorpay and are subject to their processing timelines. For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay support directly.
